Information technology is an integral part of our organization. Our electronic medical records’ system (EMR) provides a fast and flexible user environment, better access to data, and improved paper and patient flow. All patient records, employer profiles and insurance records are stored in one system. Similarly, for enhanced imaging and improved patient care, Jet Medical Center® utilizes digital x-ray.

We are able to customize the employer profile to include special check-in and discharge instructions, company specific paperwork, multiple employer contacts and work restrictions. Invoices, statements and insurance billing forms are all generated through our system.

Jet Connect! is a complimentary and convenient online service that provides employers and insurance carriers with immediate access to a variety of worker's compensation and employer service reports. With Jet Connect!, you will have secure internet-based access to employee medical notes, drug screen results and work duty status reports including insurance forms.

Using Internet Explorer and powered by Systoc, authorized employer or insurance carrier contacts’ can view real time and historical patient activity reports, DWC-25 forms and other relevant patient information such as drug screen testing results and medical surveillance notes at their convenience. In addition, patient appointment schedules (including next appointment date), injury related documents such as injury treatment and work status / work-restrictions are also available for review.
