Dr. Choksi has lived and practiced medicine in the Tallahassee area for over 10 years and he has worked with many medical / rehabilitation organizations. As a result, we believe certain physical therapy organizations, chiropractors / other medical specialists provide a better level of care and as such, we intend to refer our patients to the best facility available. We do not have and will not form an exclusive relationship with any particular provider / organization / medical specialty / rehabilitation facility as we believe this is not in the best interest of our patients.
